It doesn't work

Not happy about how long it took to get here ordered it in February and it didn't arrive when it said it would and then they had to reorder it and that one got to me by May.

Love it! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. A pretty handy little gadget to have around and doesn't take up the much needed counter space in my tiny kitchen... not much bigger than a stapler. I may order one for my sister, too. Thank you!

Item arrived in pieces, I put it together but it just falls apart again. No way to turn it off, very dangerous when hot pieces fall apart in your hands.
