> How do I check my order status?
1.Sigh into “My account” and click on “My Orders”
2.In “My Orders”, you will be able to view all your orders and current status of each ordered item.


> What does my order status mean?
In "My Orders", you can easily find each order you've placed and its current status. On your order
details page, various types of help options will be available based on your order status.

Please refer to the table below to learn more about the available options at each stage of your order.

> How Can I cancel my order?
All orders will have four status. ”Pending”、”Shipped”、”Delivered”、”Canceled/Return”.
If your order statue is ”Pending”, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. And all orders in status of ”Shipped” and ”Delivered” can’t be canceled.

To cancel your order (Order Status: Pending)
1. Sign in ”My Account” and click “My Orders”.
2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel
3. Click ”cancel this order”.

> when will I receive my order?
All of our items require processing time before they ship. Processing time for most items is about 24hours. Shipping time varies based on the country you chose. Usually it takes 7-20 business days
