Return & Refunds Policy
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, defective merchandises are subject to full refund within 30 days you have received your items.
Full refund is offered for items that are found to be missing/ faulty/ damaged with our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.
Process for full refund:

2.Please provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item, giving the proof of damage.
3.Please kindly provide the order number and the reason why you ask for a refund.
4.Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 48 hours.
5.Once Customer Service confirms your refund, we will begin processing the refund to your Paypal account in 5 work days.
